Crockpot Recipes

I really do love my crockpost and I must agree that it is not only a time-saver, but its really cheap too. Just throw everything in it and forget it! One of my favorites and cheap recipes in crockpot chilli.

2 (16 oz.) red kidney beans, drained
2 (14 1/2 oz.) cans tomatoes
2 lb. ground chuck
2 med. onions, coarsely chopped
1 green pepper
2 crushed garlic cloves
1 tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. cumin
Salt to taste

Put all ingredients in crockpot in order listed. Stir once. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 12 hours or on high for 5 to 6 hours.

Not only are the ingredients cheap to get but it is also delicious and the kids love it. I do this recipe with leftover meatloaf!
