Green cleaning for my kids

Guest post written by Bridgette Hall

When your kids are young and crawling around the house, you start worrying about all the things that they can get into. But I just don't think about all the small objects that they could possibly put in their mouth and swallow. I've also started thinking about the surfaces in the home and what I use to clean them. I've decided recently to start using green materials not only for the environment, but also to make sure that there aren't any harmful chemicals left around the house.http://www.blogger.com/img/blank.gif

I thought even more about this the other day when I caught my toddler kissing the floor. I guess kids just do things like that, but I made sure to fuss at him and tell him not to do that again. After that I went online to find some helpful tips about choosing greener cleaning materials for around the house. While I was online looking that up, I found some information about energy savings plans and after I did that I decided to click here and order one of them for our household. It wasn't exactly what I was after, but I thought it wouldn't hurt to do that and be a little more energy efficient.

I'm really excited about this green conversion for my family!
